Love is ageless. It begins smooth skinned exciting. Embraces, create a quickened pulse, kisses, create shortness of breath. Fine while our bodies are young, strong and durable. Then love teaches, grows. We learn control and begin to see what love can build. We see beyond the self and see that love is not "I" but "we". We begin to understand but not fully. So we unite in love. Our love grows and creates more love. At last our bodies are aged, fragile and weak. Our love is strong, durable and unchanged. At last we are comfortable and our love carries us. We see from the end of our bodies the ageless nature of love as it transition from passion, to power, to peace and ends in purity.
